Ultimate Plant-Based Superfood Drink Ingredients:

    1.    Base Liquid:

    •    1 cup coconut water (hydration and electrolytes)

    •    1 cup almond milk (calcium and vitamin E)

    2.    Greens:

    •    1 cup spinach (iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin K)

    •    1 cup kale (vitamin C, vitamin K, antioxidants)

    3.    Fruits:
